The three-judge panel hearing Republican Norm Coleman's election contest rejected his claims and found the overwhelming evidence showed officials conducted a fair, impartial and accurate election.  Coleman is expected to appeal his case to the state Supreme Court.

A man who was hit by a car while waiting at a Minneapolis bus stop this weekend died on Tuesday, hours after the Hennepin County Attorney's Office charged a woman with his death.
